Mary was born in Melbourne, Australia and came to live in Aotearoa New Zealand in 1975.

She spent 30 years in the aviation industry working in Air Traffic Services as an Air Traffic Service Specialist. Mary has also worked in a variety of occupations while touring around Aotearoa giving her great insight through these life experiences.

Mary and Reiki came together in Christchurch during February 1997, and completed her Reiki 2 in November that year. She then went on to complete her Advanced Reiki Practitioner, a 12 month course and the first stage of Mastery, in 2000. Mary moved to Hawkes Bay in November 2001. Towards the end of 2002, Mary knew it was time to commence her next stage of Mastery and underwent an intense 12 month course to teach Reiki 1&2, the second stage of Mastery, and completed the third stage of Master Teacher training in December 2010. All of Mary’s training has been under the guidance of Reiki Master Dr Catherine Cremen DVM who resides in Christchurch.

In April 2012 Mary moved to Rylstone NSW Australia and was Co-Founder of Sanctuary Healing Centre for 2 years, with her sister Monica.

In July 2014 the home of her Heart, Aotearoa, called for Mary’s return. After landing in Auckland and travelling in the upper north island, Mary returned to Wellington where she has resumed her healing practices at Koru Hub Health and Wellbeing Centre. Mary completed her Bach Flower Practitioner training in Wellington and is now a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner.

In October 2016 Mary was called to Christchurch where she is now practicing at 809 Waterholes Road, Templeton, Christchurch.

Mary keeps uptodate with her chosen modalities and is  a current financial member at Reiki N.Z, Bach Foundation UK, Body Talk NZ and Interational Body Talk Association.
